Wednesday Links

Here are a few links to some things you might have missed, or at least ones that caught my attention this past week:

1. Love Your Neighbor With Your Vote

Jared Wilson writes here in response to this question: “If we are to love our neighbor, does that not mean that we are to choose to do the greatest good for our neighbor?”

2. William Wilberforce and Balancing Work and Family Responsibilities

Here’s a historical article about how Wilberforce, who certainly knew the pressure of professional responsibilities, sought to balance that pressure with his family life.

3. Unfit for Power

In case you haven’t heard, World magazine has publicly stated its view that Donald Trump is unfit for office. Here is their justification, and it’s well worth your read.

4. Millions Sold, No Money Taken

Whatever your opinion of John Piper, this is remarkable. In this video, he explains how, and why, his book royalties are managed the way they are.

5. Star Wars: Rogue One Supercut

And one more for the nerds. Very excited about this movie, and some genius has spliced together all the footage from the trailers into what a supercut.
