Wednesday Links

Here are a few links to some things you might have missed, or at least ones that caught my attention this past week:

1. The Allure of Christian Pessimism

This is a great reminder from history that there have always been reasons to be pessimistic about the future. But also that Christians aren’t optimistic; they’re hopeful.

2. The False Gospel of Assuming the Worst of Others

Here is a good and timely word. We would all do well to give each other a bit of the benefit of the doubt.

3. Should We Pursue Unity At All Costs?

Valid question to consider as we find ourselves in an incredibly divided time in the church.

4. How to Speak During Coronavirus

This is amazing. The British accent makes it go.
