Apparently our jobs are killing us.
Not because they’re hard; because we sit down at them all day long. For the last several months, there has been a lot of news stating that sitting down at work for 8 hours a day can subtract years off your life, and even nullify any work you put in at the gym outside those hours.
So that’s good news.
I was grateful, then to see this: The Desk Jockey Workout: 8 Ways to Stay in Shape at the Office.
I’ve therefore been doing more squat thrusts in my office lately. But my thought was why stop at 8? Surely the collective readership of this blog can come up with a few more. So here’s today’s question:
