Fridays Are For One Question

“It’s freezing out here.”

That is one sentence I will not say today. In Tennessee right now, you walk outside and it feels like someone wrapped a wool blanket around your head and threw rocks at you (that’s the dive-bombing cicadas). Therefore, I’m not likely to comment on how cold it is.

What about you? Take a look at your home. Your job. Your environment. Your situation. And here’s the question:

“What is one sentence you will not say today?”

“Wow…Can I get someone to give me their opinion about something?”

“I need the sermon outline, please.” (Since the fill-in preacher already sent it!) 🙂

“Man! What a great night of sleep I had!” or “I can’t wait for the full night’s rest I’m going to get tonight!” (I have a 4 month old who thinks sleep is more of a hobby than something you need to function/survive…)

“Everything is going exactly as I planned.”
